Product Functions

Rack part: the frame is welded by thick square pass, and the overall structure is solid and firm. Sheet metal is finished by electrostatic spray powder baking powder, with exquisite appearance. Good sealing, effectively prevent UV light exposure.

Working part: the UV lamp adopts more energy and stronger film penetration ability; spotlight design, imported high spotlight reflective hood, instantaneous drying and fast speed; specially designed ventilation system inside the light box, each lamp can adjust the upper and lower angle, height tube abnormal protection device. Full and half-light switch, reasonable power saving, equipment working state display, fault alarm, UV light working timing, single light single control, current display.

Transmission part: guide rail is hard oxidation durable, conveyor belt without pole speed adjustment and stable transmission speed; guide rail has manual width and narrow device, and the inlet and exit port protect the skirt to prevent UV light exposure.

Power supply part: UV frequency conversion power supply is adopted, mainly used for the infinite regulation of UV lamp tube power.
