Sales Manager​

Location: Noida, India 

Company Overview

As we expand our market presence in India, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. 

Core Responsibilities 

  1. Client Development & Sales Achievement: Proactively identify and acquire new clients in the target market, develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and expand the company’s customer base. 
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and key clients, address customer needs and concerns promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. 
  1. Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, optimize the sales pipeline, and follow up on potential opportunities to maximize conversion rates. 
  1. Market & Industry Insight: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments (especially in the SMT sector), and provide valuable insights to support the company’s strategic decision-making. 
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery, align sales efforts with company objectives, and drive overall business growth. 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong focus on client development and sales target achievement; prior experience in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment industry is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales and decision-making. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office applications. 
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
